Taiga reveals new Orca electric watercraft at Monaco Yacht Club
Taiga Motors Inc. unveiled its next-generation Orca electric watercraft lineup at the Monaco Yacht Club, introducing a new 3-seat crossover model, breakthrough digital connectivity features, and vehicle-to-grid power capability.

The all-new Orca WX3 is designed for multi-passenger adventures and tow sports, offering up to two hours of ride time. With an extended hull for greater stability, a reinforced tow system, and an accessory-ready rear platform, the WX3 targets families and watersports enthusiasts. The model starts at $23,999 USD.
Returning to the lineup is the updated Orca P2 that delivers instant acceleration and refined handling in a lighter package, starting at $20,999 USD.

Across both models, Taiga has streamlined propulsion, steering, and thermal systems to improve performance, simplify ownership, and boost corrosion resistance.
Digital upgrades
New industry-first features include onboard mapping, geo-fencing, and digital key sharing. Riders can set custom speed and power limits, making the Orca lineup adaptable for families, rental fleets, and tour operators. A premium Bluetooth speaker system will also be available as an add-on in 2026.
Charging & power innovations
For the first time, Orca models will support bidirectional charging, enabling them to power homes, yachts, or off-grid cabins. All 2026 models will also come standard with automotive-grade DC fast charging (CCS1 in North America, CCS2 in Europe), delivering charge times of under 30 minutes.
Powertrain & battery
At its core is Taiga’s new integrated Tractive Unit, which combines a motor and inverter to achieve improved thermal efficiency and precise power delivery. The redesigned battery pack features fused cooling panels for higher sustained output in hot conditions, extended fast-charging capability, and long-term storage without recharge.
Availability & expansion
Global deliveries of the new Orca lineup are scheduled to begin in 2026, with Europe included for the first time. Taiga is also rolling out new color options: Miami Blue, Monte Carlo Red, and Titanium Pink.
“Where the industry sees challenges in electrification, we see possibilities through innovation. With the launch of our 2026 Orca lineup and digital features, we’re showing that electric watercraft can set a new benchmark for performance, value, and adventure.” — Samuel Bruneau, CEO of Taiga.
