We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead category growth, product strategy, and new product development within the automotive aftermarket industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product category strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead new product development initiatives from concept through launch.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive products, and pricing.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including launches, enhancements, and discontinuations.
- Monitor sales performance and make recommendations to improve results.
- Support forecasting, pricing strategies, and portfolio optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of product management, category management, or related automotive industry experience.
- Strong understanding of ATV and UTV markets.
- Knowledge of automotive aftermarket product lifecycle management.
- Advanced Excel and quantitative analysis skills.
- Experience with PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
