Four more suspects indicted in Filer’s PowerSports 2023 burglary
Four additional suspects have been indicted in connection with the March 2023 smash-and-grab burglary at Filer’s PowerSports in Macedon, New York, according to an update from WayneTimes.com. The case involves the theft of nine dirt bikes valued at more than $50,000 and significant damage to the dealership.

Macedon Police told the newspaper the suspects used a truck to ram the dealership’s exterior, forcing entry before stealing multiple bikes — then returning a second time to take more. Blood evidence at the scene helped identify one suspect, 23-year-old Dimetris Burgos, who was arrested earlier this year and charged with grand larceny, burglary, criminal mischief, and conspiracy.
A Wayne County Grand Jury has now indicted four additional individuals:
- Devon Robinson, 32, Webster
- Jahsin Robinson, 21, Rochester
- Genesis Cowley, 25, Rochester
- Bruce Frazier, 25, Irondequoit
Charges for each include second-degree grand larceny, third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, and fourth-degree conspiracy. Bail conditions varied, with both Robinsons remanded and Cowley and Frazier released on their own recognizance. All four are scheduled to reappear in County Court on Dec. 3.
Multiple law enforcement agencies assisted the investigation, and additional arrests are expected, according to the WayneTimes.com report.
