Dealership pays more than $40K in back wages to employees: report
A motorcycle dealership owner with two store locations “has paid more than $40,000 in back wages and damages to employees, after federal officials say the company failed to pay employees overtime wages,” according to a report on UnionLeader.com out of Manchester, New Hampshire.
Barry Eisenberg, CEO of National Powersport Distributors, told the newspaper the issue was an out-of-date overtime policy that has since been updated, and that wages owned to employees have been paid.
