Powersports Business sponsors 2026 Big East Powersports Show in Syracuse
Powersports Business will sponsor the 2026 Big East Powersports Show, continuing the brand’s involvement with one of the Northeast’s longest-running powersports consumer events.

The 2026 Big East Powersports Show is scheduled for Oct. 2-3 at the New York State Fairgrounds Expo Center in Syracuse, New York. The two-day event will bring manufacturers, aftermarket suppliers, dealers and powersports enthusiasts together to see the latest products, gear, accessories and services.
For PSB, the sponsorship provides another opportunity to connect directly with the dealers, manufacturers and enthusiasts that make up the powersports industry.
“Face-to-face interaction remains an important part of the powersports business, and Big East provides a unique opportunity to bring the industry and its customers together,” says Brendan Baker, editor-in-chief of Powersports Business. “We’re excited to support the event and be part of its continued evolution.”
From snowmobile show to powersports showcase
The Big East Powersports Show has a history dating back more than three decades. The event launched in 1994 as a snowmobile-focused show in New York’s Catskills before moving to Syracuse in 1995. It spent more than two decades at the Oncenter in downtown Syracuse before moving to the New York State Fairgrounds in 2019.
While snowmobiles remain a major part of the event, the show has expanded to encompass a broader range of powersports. Recent events have featured motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, e-bikes, performance products, trailers, accessories and other powersports-related businesses.

The 2026 show will mark the 31st edition of the event. Powersports Business recently reported that the Big East has increasingly positioned itself as more than a traditional consumer show, adding entertainment, educational programming and interactive experiences alongside product displays.
Among the attractions associated with the event are the Big East Classic vintage snowmobile show, live music, youth activities, scavenger hunts, celebrity appearances and seminars. Rider Magazine’s “Ride With Rider” group ride through central New York is also scheduled to return in 2026, while Rider and Snow Goer will recognize their respective 2026 Motorcycle of the Year and Snowmobile of the Year selections.
The show’s evolution reflects changing consumer expectations, according to Mark Rosacker, vice president and national sales director for EPG Brand Acceleration, which owns and operates the event.
“It’s not just about shopping anymore. It’s about being with other enthusiasts and being entertained,” Rosacker said in the PSB report.
For exhibitors, the event offers an opportunity to put products directly in front of a concentrated audience of powersports enthusiasts in the important Northeast market. The show has historically attracted OEMs, dealerships, aftermarket companies, performance businesses, tourism organizations and other powersports-related vendors.
The 2026 Big East Powersports Show will take place Oct. 2-3 at the New York State Fairgrounds Expo Center in Syracuse. Powersports Business will be on hand as a sponsor and industry media partner.
