NPA rolls out the red and black carpet for Lakeland, Fla., groundbreaking: video

From local dealers to the Mayor to a host of city officials, NPA’s groundbreaking last week at its location in Lakeland, Florida, drew a crowd to what is now a cow pasture (and a pond with a resident alligator as the NPA mascot!). In relative short order, the vast expanse of land will become an auction facility that is being built from the ground up.
