AIH Enters Canada

American IronHorse, the Fort Worth-based V-twin motorcycle manufacturer, is expanding its North American presence by moving into Canada.
The company signed four dealers in Canada in May and could expand that number to 10 to 20 by the end of this year, said Gary Sipes, director of sales for American IronHorse.
Although other American V-twin manufacturers have entered the Canadian market, Sipes said he believes Canada “is hungry for some custom bikes.”
Besides reaching into Canada, AIH also is aggressively trying to build its U.S. dealer network.
“We’re in about 51 of our 100 top target markets currently,” Sipes told Powersports Business. “We’d like to be in the other 50 in the next two or three years.”
