Snowmobile ski company a finalist for manufacturing award

Hutchinson, Minnesota-based C&A Pro announced that its XPT high performance snowmobile skis are a finalist for the Made in Minnesota Manufacturing Awards Best B2C Product award.

The snowmobile ski manufacturer is one of three Minnesota manufacturers contending for the Minnesota Business magazine award. The winner will be announced at a Sept. 20 awards ceremony at the Machine Shop in Minneapolis.

C&A Pro introduced its XPT snowmobile skis last winter. Designed especially for 2012 and newer trail sleds, XPT skis provide a much smoother ride by alleviating darting, improving tracking and reducing carbide lift in sharp corners. The snowmobile skis also feature a raised tail, making it much easier to reverse. Like all C&A Pro snowmobile skis, the XPTs are made from impact-resistant UHMW-PE material.

C&A Pro has been manufacturing its world-renowned snowmobile skis for nearly three decades. The company has been a longtime advocate and promoter for the sport of snowmobiling, sponsoring hundreds of professional and amateur riders across all riding disciplines, including snocross, cross-country, watercross, backcountry, drag and hill climb.

C&A Pro skis are the official ski of the ISOC, USXC, CSRA, ECS, IWA and COR snowmobile racing organizations.
