Laura Lemco previews her PSBI@AIMExpo seminar in the Service & Operations Track (video)

Laura Lemco, owner of Motorcycle Industry Consulting Services LLC, and a longtime industry trainer, shares a preview of her 2014 Powersports Business Institute @ AIMExpo session: “Calling Clients=Incremental Sales: How making outbound phone calls enables your dealership to set appointments that result in a high percentage of delivered units.”

Lemco, who returns to PSBI@AIMExpo for the second year in a row, will present in the Service & Operations Track on Thursday, Oct. 16 at 1 p.m. in Room 205A at the Orange County Convention Center. The session will also be repeated at 4 p.m. the same day in the same room.
