Transax launches CRM and expanded platform for dealers
Transax has announced a major platform update that features significant expansions to its existing product functionality, including the launch of a comprehensive CRM solution for dealerships and enhanced F&I tools.
The platform focuses on driving lead generation and engagement and creating an overall seamless experience. The new release will give dealers access to a full CRM and enhanced F&I tools to execute these with greater efficiency and intelligence.
Comprehensive CRM
The CRM functionality was built to further the company’s primary goals of enabling dealers to focus on the deals that count and offer a connected experience. By driving internal alignment, optimizing sales team time and workflow, and providing deeper insights into customer data, dealers will better grasp their customers.
Transax says the CRM was built to optimize dealership workflows. The CRM empowers dealers to track, assign, and prioritize activities, enabling them to focus on high-value deals and boost conversions. With the new Lead Source Visibility feature, dealers can see where their leads are coming from, prioritize accordingly, and take the best next steps.
Deales can then manage and nurture leads based on their status, using the Road to Sale feature, designed to help dealers track customer progress through the pipeline, drive team alignment, and engage with leads at the optimal time. Finally, through the CRM, dealers can send in-app text blasts and integrate with thousands of platforms to connect their systems and offer their customers an easier, more personalized experience.
F&I Features
The enhanced F&I features are designed to drive more sales, specifically through increased trade-ins. The new feature includes a CTA (call to action) on the side of the page, which triggers the easy trade-in form that encourages and instantly values a customer’s trade. Customers can determine the value of their trade and select the unit they intend to buy with a few simple steps. This will not only drive more sales for the dealership, but will provide them insights such as where the lead is coming from, what the customer’s unit history is, and will notify the correct team immediately.
“This release is not only exciting to us in terms of the comprehensive capabilities of the platform, but for what it means for our dealers,” says Kaitlyn Coxon, director of marketing and communications at Transax.
Jared Dowdy, VP of sales and strategic partnerships, adds, “CRMs are an essential tool for any dealership. There’s no doubt that these expanded CRM capabilities will make it even easier for dealers to provide a seamless experience, consolidate calls to action into one platform, and manage deals effectively.”
