FlexPath appoints new director of dealer, channel development
Automotive online sales, marketing, and fintech software firm FlexPath DXP recently appointed Shannon Neilson as its new director of dealer and channel development.

Neilson spent several years on the dealer marketing and agency side and gained firsthand experience with the technology behind FlexPath.
At the Larry H. Miller organization, she used DriveItNow — an earlier generation of FlexPath technology — and saw how payment and credit-qualified experiences is one of a dealer’s strongest sources of qualified opportunities.
Today, FlexPath helps dealers and its marketing partners improve conversion and marketing ROI while tackling some of the industry’s toughest challenges, such as affordability, used vehicle leasing, fraud prevention, and AI discovery.
Neilson will work directly with dealers, agencies, and channel partners to help them better understand how consumers engage with their marketing and get more value from the dollars they’re already spending.
“Having someone who has actually used an earlier generation of our technology and now gets to help dealers and partners take advantage of where we’ve taken it is pretty unique,” says Tarry Shebesta, FlexPath co-founder and CEO.
“I’ve seen firsthand what this technology can do for dealers, which is one of the things that attracted me to what FlexPath is building today. Having spent years on the dealer marketing and agency side, I know how much effort and money goes into generating traffic,” adds Neilson. “I’m excited to work with dealers and their agencies to identify where opportunities are being lost and help them get more from the investments they’re already making.”
Moving forward, FlexPath says its goal is to help forward-thinking dealers and their partners turn more consumer interest into measurable outcomes. FlexPath believes Neilson gives it another way to do that, not by selling dealers another product, but by working alongside them and their marketing partners to identify opportunities to improve performance.
