Birmingham, Ala.-based motorcycle manufacturer to offer more product

Confederate Motors, a motorcycle manufacturer based in Birmingham, Ala., has announced its plan to increase production of out its facility, according to an article in the Birmingham Business Journal. Confederate Motors aims to increase from one to two bikes a week, with a plan for six bikes a week by the end of the year.

Matt Chambers, founder and CEO of Confederate Motors commented in an interview, “We’ve got a new architecture for our product, which is fourth generation of CX4. The CX4 architecture is being built now, so all of the parts are coming in. We are going to start with a Combat Fighter, which is our highest end, most powerful product.”
