Hibbert to use Arctic Cat oil in 2012

Arctic Cat APV Synthetic Lubricants has renewed its sponsorship support program with Pro snocross racer Tucker Hibbert.

Last season Hibbert used APV Synthetic Lubricants en route to a fifth Winter X Games snocross gold medal and to win the ISOC National Pro Stock and Pro Open snocross points championships. This season Hibbert will contend for the ISOC Pro Open points championship. His machines will use Arctic Cat APV Synthetic Lubricant exclusively.

“Time after time, APV oil stands up to the challenge on the track,” Hibbert said. “APV is thoroughly tested and proven to work flawlessly in Arctic Cat sleds, so for me, it’s the clear winner. I work too hard to leave anything on the table. That’s why I trust APV.”

Hibbert’s Open class snowmobile uses a modified Arctic Cat engine built by Speedwerx.

“Arctic Cat APV oil provides the lubrication, engine protection and durability Speedwerx needs to build the engines that power Tucker Hibbert’s race sleds,” Speedwerx owner Steve Houle said. “We use the same oil you can buy off the shelf in Tucker’s sleds, and we couldn’t make the horsepower that we do without it.”
