Northwest service dept. retail jumps in Feb.: Lightspeed data

Service departments at dealerships in the Northwest region that use the Lightspeed DMS saw their business skyrocket in February compared to February 2019.

Call it Leap Year success, but the Lightspeed shops combined to generate a service department revenue increase of 13.1 percent on average in February.

For the first time, the pool of dealerships contributing to the U.S. aggregate data has exceeded 1,700 rooftops. Service departments across the U.S. saw an average revnenue increase of 12.3 percent in February.
