New PWC registrations up again in July

Preliminary data for July 2018 show new personal watercraft registrations were up 3 to 5 percent on a rolling 12-month year-over-year basis (R12M YOY), according to the National Marine Manufacturers Association.

These new data points have been updated and are currently reflected in NMMA’s New Powerboat Registrations Report. New powerboat registrations were up 3.5 percent.

Pontoons, PWC and tow boats led growth for the 3-month period ending in July, up 8 to 9 percent (R3M YOY).
