Minnesota’s ERX Motor Park adds Red Bull as partner
ERX Motor Park in Elk River, Minnesota, announced that Red Bull has become the “official energy drink” of the motorsports complex. The Red Bull partnership effectively illustrates ERX Motor Park’s distinctive and highly regarded position it holds within the motorsports community. This fall, the facility will celebrate 10 years of building champions through its community-based competitions and events, and Red Bull will play an important role in this celebration.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with such a great and iconic brand like Red Bull,” said Chris Carlson, co-owner of ERX Motor Park. “Red Bull has become synonymous with action, adventure, and excellence…all values and experiences we share and strive for at ERX.”
The partnership will kick off immediately as ERX presents their summer schedule of events. Highlighting the action will be the return of TORC: The Off-Road Championship, June 10 and 11. The TORC Series is a closed-course off-road truck and side-by-side racing series featuring high-octane, 900-horsepower action. As part of the weekend’s activities, Red Bull will host an after-race celebration Saturday night at ERX.
Other events slated for ERX this summer include the return of the Thursday night Beater-X series, the final rounds of the TORC Series September 23-24, and Day of the Dozers September 30, benefiting Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota.
ERX is an all-season motorsports facility located minutes from downtown Elk River, Minnesota, adjacent to U.S. Highway 169. In the winter months, ERX is a full-service snocross racing and training facility featuring its Grassroots Snocross Series as well as ISOC Regional events, clinics and more. ERX also features open snocross practice on a massive, professionally constructed and maintained snocross track. In the summer, ERX hosts a baja-style car racing series called Beatercross®, an entry-level, grassroots form of auto racing consisting of compact cars and small trucks competing head-to-head on an all-dirt racing surface. Summer events also feature ATV and side-x-side racing; and two rounds of The Off-Road Championship (TORC) national short track off-road truck racing series.
