OEM acquires U.K.-based chassis, component manufacturer

According to livemint.com, Eicher Motors Ltd’s Royal Enfield recently acquired Harris Performance, a U.K.-based designer and manufacturer of high-performance chassis and components, at an undisclosed sum.

“Under the terms of the deal, Royal Enfield will acquire all assets, employees, trade names, technical know-how and intellectual property of Harris Performance Products Ltd,” Royal Enfield released in a statement on the purchase.
