EDS strengthens sales leadership with two executive promotions
Endurance Dealer Services (EDS), an administrator of vehicle protection products and specialty programs, announced two internal promotions: Eric Gilliam to senior vice president of sales and Eric Radford to vice president of sales.

EDS says the promotions strengthen its sales leadership team as the company continues to expand its product portfolio, agent and dealer relationships. In their new roles, Gilliam and Radford will take on greater responsibility for sales execution, partner development, and advancing a more strategic, consultative approach to growing the business.
Gilliam has been an integral part of EDS for 11 years, playing an important role in the company’s growth and market expansion. As senior vice president of sales, Gilliam will direct and execute EDS’s sales strategy, helping lead the business development team, oversee strategic account development, drive sales performance, and support the company’s long-term growth.
Radford joined EDS in 2023 and has more than 24 years of experience in the vehicle protection and administration industry. Known for his energy and ability to connect with people, Radford combines deep industry experience with a highly relationship-driven approach. As vice president of sales, he will step into a new leadership role focused on supporting the sales team, strengthening partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping expand EDS’s reach across key markets.
By strengthening its sales leadership, EDS says it’s giving agents and dealers greater access, support, and strategic guidance as the company continues to grow.
