Schuberth appoints Mirko Nagler to lead motorcycle business unit
Schuberth has appointed Mirko Nagler as head of its Motorcycle Business Unit, bringing in an industry veteran with experience in international sales, marketing and brand development.

Nagler will lead the strategic development of the German helmet manufacturer’s motorcycle division, with a focus on expanding its international presence and strengthening relationships with riders, distributors and OEM partners.
He joins Schuberth after serving as chief sales and marketing officer at NEXX Helmets, where he led international sales and marketing efforts. During his tenure, Nagler helped reposition NEXX in the premium helmet segment, oversee a brand relaunch, and supported international expansion. The company reported two consecutive years of growth during that period.
Earlier in his career, Nagler spent more than seven years helping establish SENA’s European operations, building the company’s regional team and developing relationships with distributors and OEM partners. He is also active in the adventure riding community, serving as a co-founder and current chairman of Adventure Country Tracks e.V. (ACT), an organization focused on responsible adventure riding and maintaining access to legal off-road routes across Europe.

“Mirko brings an excellent combination of industry experience, commercial expertise and a genuine understanding of what matters to motorcycle riders,” says Jürgen Dlugi, Schuberth CEO. “As we continue to develop Schuberth from a highly respected German manufacturer into an even stronger global brand, his experience and perspective will be invaluable.”
Nagler said he plans to build on the company’s reputation for safety, quality and innovation while bringing the brand closer to riders.
“Motorcycles have been a huge part of my life for more than 20 years, both professionally and personally, so I’m incredibly excited to join Schuberth,” Nagler adds. “I’m looking forward to working with the team, bringing new ideas and fresh energy to the brand, getting closer to riders and helping shape the next chapter of Schuberth’s development.”
The company said the appointment is part of its efforts to build on its engineering heritage while expanding its international motorcycle business and reaching new generations of riders.
