Zero partners with Sirris on X Line suspension upgrades
Zero Motorcycles has announced a new partnership with Sirris Suspension to introduce plug-and-play performance suspension upgrades for its X Line electric dirt bikes.

The new upgrades include the Sirris F43 CMX fork for the Zero XB and the complete F43/R46 front-and-rear suspension system for the Zero XE. According to the companies, both systems were developed specifically for the X Line platform and are designed as direct bolt-on replacements for the stock suspension components.
Zero says the collaboration builds on the growing demand for higher-performance e-moto setups as riders continue pushing electric off-road motorcycles into more aggressive trail and race applications.
“Starting from the initial launch of our new X Line motorcycles, we’ve been working with Sirris to customize performance suspension profiles for the most demanding riding conditions,” says Garrett Johnson, vice president of sales and customer experience for North America at Zero Motorcycles. “Now, we’re excited to offer these optimized solutions as turnkey upgrades to all our customers who want to push their XE or XB harder, whether they’re looking for more control on the trail or lining up to race.”
Sirris, founded by a team with backgrounds in suspension engineering, manufacturing, and race-level tuning, said the systems were designed specifically around the unique characteristics of electric off-road motorcycles, including weight distribution and torque delivery.
“E-Moto is, in our opinion, the most exciting new space in the powersports world,” says Graham Sills, co-founder of Sirris. “Our collaboration with Zero on their XB and XE perfectly demonstrates the movement of riders demanding more and more capability from their e-motos. We’re proud to offer solutions that are custom to the bike, but plug-and-play for the rider.”

For the Zero XB, the Sirris F43 CMX fork features a symmetrical closed cartridge design with dual independent sealed dampers and fully adjustable settings. The system is designed around the XB’s geometry and mixed-terrain riding characteristics while supporting multiple spring-rate configurations.
The Zero XE package combines the F43 fork with the R46 rear shock, offering adjustable compression, rebound, preload and spring-rate tuning. Sirris says the setup is engineered for balanced chassis performance across trail riding conditions, while an optional race tune is available for more aggressive terrain and competition-focused riders.

Both companies said the systems were validated through extensive rider testing and terrain-specific tuning during development.
