Keeway America expands dealer support with DX1, Lightspeed integration
Keeway America announced that its parts operations will now integrate with both DX1’s dealer management system and Lightspeed’s point-of-sale and payment platform, further strengthening the support for its dealer network.
The integration stems from dealers’ request for easier access to parts information, following the recent Benelli and Benda distribution agreement. The dealers also wanted that access through the DMS platforms they use every day.
Keeway says it listened, and it went to work.
DX1 was implemented earlier this year, and Keeway America’s parts pricing is now live on Lightspeed. Dealers can find parts books under “KEW” in DX1 and “KEE” in Lightspeed, with Benelli, Benda, and Keeway all supported under Keeway America. Electronic parts fiche integration is currently in development, Keeway says.
“Supporting our dealers means making it easier for them to do business with us,” says Frank Zhuang, president of Keeway America. “With both DX1 and Lightspeed now in place, we are continuing to strengthen our dealer support infrastructure as we prepare for the new season.” Consensual
