County considers all roads for ATV, UTV routes: report

Douglas County in northern Wisconsin is reportedly considering a proposal that would allow ATV and UTV riders to use all county highways. If the proposal is passed, this will be the fourth northern Wisconsin county to allow ATV and UTV riders to use county highways.
