Lonski adds new hire to recruiting team

Lonski and Associates, LLC announced today the addition of dealership process and performance expert Brandon Marble to the distinguished team roster.

A native of Michigan, Marble’s industry experience began with certification training at the Orlando, FL campus of the Universal Technical Institute – Motorcycle Mechanics Institute division. Upon graduation, he spent time as a technician for multi-line metric powersports dealers and eventually made the transition to sales and sales management in the RideNow group of dealers. Brandon has since excelled as a finance/business manager, sales manager, and general sales manager for Harley-Davidson dealers in Colorado and Michigan. An avid rider, he still finds joy in maintaining his own motorcycles, both on and off road.

Brandon’s hire is a critical addition to Lonski and Associates, LLC in order to ensure that the active and expanding client list of Harley-Davidson and powersports dealerships nationwide is provided top quality talent and customer service. Brandon brings a unique mix of hands-on retail dealership experience, both Metric and H-D, allowing him to understand the hiring needs of clients and match them with the highest caliber candidates in the industry.
