Land Rover, Can-Am Defender kerfuffle resolved: report

A federal jury in Michigan has determined that the Can-Am Defender does not infringe on British automaker Land Rover’s Jaguar Defender SUV mark, according to a report in the National Law Journal.

Land Rover was seeking $130 million in the lawsuit, the report said.
