Polaris recalls model year 2015-2018 Slingshot models

Polaris is recalling model year 2015-18 Slingshots. This recall affects Slingshot S, SL, SLR, and Grand Touring models.

Polaris has determined that small numbers of Slingshot vehicles may have been manufactured with improper seat base frame welds, which may allow the seat back or seat belt buckle to separate and may increase the risk of injury in a crash, or with improperly manufactured seat sliders, which may allow the seat to slide unexpectedly and may increase the risk of a crash.
