Arctic Cat unveils new sled technology, models

Arctic Cat showcased 23 new snowmobile models at its recent dealer meeting, as well as performance-enhancing technologies and hundreds of new parts, garments and accessories.

“We have built our reputation on offering the world’s fastest snowmobiles, body-saving ride technology and expert-grade mountain sleds,” Claude Jordan, president and CEO of Arctic Cat, said in a press release. “Our 2012 model lineup continues this tradition.”

The new 2012 models will include exclusive new chassis, suspension, drive and braking technologies. New PG&A items unveiled include customizable windshields in a range of colors and sizes and a broader line of avalanche safety products for mountain sledding.
