Xtreme Motor Co. merges with MVP Enterprises
Xtreme Motor Company has completed a merger with MVP Enterprises, Inc., a small engine and power tool manufacturer operating more than ten years.
Nothing will happen to the bikes, ATVs and other products Xtreme provides. Instead the company is now offering additional products, including WEN Power Tools.
MVP/Xtreme will continue business as usual with its administrative, technical and parts offices all remaining in Arkansas along with its current team of employees. The MVP/Xtreme corporate office, together with a 100,000 square foot warehouse, will be located in Chicago. MVP/Xtreme also has a dedicated staff in China, working to provide accurate and productive overseas communication.
