Griffith Park Sidecar Rally, Oct. 24

The 33rd Griffith Park Sidecar Rally is scheduled to take place Oct. 24 at Crystal Springs Picnic Area in Los Angeles’ Griffith Park.
Running 9am to 3pm, the free event attracts sidecar enthusiasts who attend to see some of the best and most unusual “hacks” from around the country. Presented by Side Strider, Inc. and the Sidecar Industry Council, the single-day event has been revised for 2004. Organizer Doug Bingham says overnight camping is no longer allowed. Instead, he directs visitors to use hotels in the Glendale area.
