Gart Sutton & Associates, Inc. plans to hold Sales Management and Finance & Insurance Workshops, November 7-9, at Motorcycle Industry Council headquarters in Irvine, Calif.
The Finance & Insurance workshop, Nov. 7-8, is designed for the experienced F&I person and will address subjects such as: creating a world-class F&I Profit Center; converting more cash, bank and credit union customers to dealership financing; developing effective word tracks to overcome objections; increasing profitability through additional F&I products or services; and enhancing relationships with lenders and financial services providers.
Materials provided include a Finance & Insurance course workbook and The Best Operator's Guide to Finance & Insurance by Gart Sutton.
The Sales Management workshop, Nov. 8-9, is designed for Sales Managers who are interested in improving their management skills in the following areas: daily planning and organization; developing effective prospecting systems; implementing a customer path process; increasing profitability through effective negotiation; conducting productive sales meetings; and utilizing effective coaching and counseling techniques.
Materials provided include a Sales Management course workbook and The Best Operator's Guide to Sales Management by Gart Sutton.
Each of the two workshops runs one and a half days. Seating is limited. Registration Fees are $495.00 per student, per class, and includes lunches, workbooks and other class materials only. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrants will be notified and registration fees refunded if the class is over-booked. There are no refunds for voluntary cancellation after October 28, 2005.
