Polaris buys Minnesota office building

Polaris Industries recently purchased a vacant office building for $10.9 million in the Minneapolis suburb of Plymouth, Minn., the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported.

The newly purchased facility is located about 10 miles from Polaris’ Medina headquarters. A source told the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal that Polaris will likely spend a few million dollars on renovating the Plymouth building, which was built in 1999.
