Yamaha’s Webb, Deegan and KTM’s Vialle capture 2025 Supercross Championships
The 2025 AMA Supercross season concluded in thrilling fashion on May 10 in Salt Lake City. After months of intense competition, championships were decided across all three classes.

In the premier 450SX class, Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Cooper Webb claimed his third-career AMA Supercross championship. Webb is the seventh rider in series history to win at least three 450 titles. His victory also marks Yamaha’s first 450 crown since Eli Tomac in 2022, ending a two-year run by Honda HRC riders.
Webb secured the title following a season-long battle with Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Chase Sexton. With five wins and 365 total points, Webb held off Sexton in the final round to clinch the championship.

In the 250SX classes, Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Haiden Deegan secured the 250SX West title with a Round 16 victory in Denver. Deegan led the class throughout much of the season and wrapped up the championship with four wins and 221 points across 10 races.
The 250SX East title came down to the wire, with Red Bull KTM’s Tom Vialle prevailing in Salt Lake City. Entering the final round with a slim one-point lead over Seth Hammaker and R.J. Hampshire, Vialle’s third-place finish in the East/West Showdown was enough to seal the title. He ended the season with six podium finishes and 180 points.

The American Motorcyclist Association also recognized Cole Davies as the 250 Class Rookie of the Year.
“All of us at the AMA congratulate the 2025 AMA Supercross champions — Cooper Webb, Haiden Deegan and Tom Vialle — and their respective teams for an outstanding season of competition.” — AMA President and CEO Rob Dingman.
