City council approves dealership’s TIF request: report

In a report from Kearney Hub, it was announced that the Kearney City Council approved a request from Heartland Motor Sports for tax increment financing assistance with its plans for a 10,500 square-foot structure meant to sell, service and store all-terrain vehicles and side-by-sides in southeast Kearney. The structure, which sits on 4.17 acres, will have a 14,230 square-foot area designated for a driveway and parking space.

Heartland Motor Sports employs seven people and deals with sales and services of new and used ATVs and side-by-sides for work and recreational uses.
