Harley-Davidson dealership sold in Illinois

George C. Chaconas of Performance Brokerage Services successfully and exclusively facilitated the sale of Frieze Harley-Davidson in O’Fallon, Illinois to Brad Holzhauer, owner of St Charles Harley-Davidson and BIG St Charles Motorsports, both of St Charles, Missouri as well as Holzhauer Auto & Motorsports Group of Nashville, Illinois.

The Frieze Harley-Davidson legacy was established in 1963 by Russell Frieze, an avid Harley-Davidson enthusiast, rider and racer. Russ opened his first Frieze Harley-Davidson dealership with $10,000 and a pickup truck. He passed away in 2002.

Frieze Harley-Davidson is notable as an eco-friendly dealership. When former owner Virginia (Jenny) Frieze built the current dealership in O’Fallon in 2007, she was already eco-conscious and built an eco-friendly building, right down to the motorcycle lift, which uses canola oil instead of standard oils.

The dealership has been renamed Green Mount Road Harley-Davidson under the new ownership.
