Cycle Gear set for major e-comm purchase, report says

Cycle Gear Inc. is close to acquiring RevZilla, according to a story by Thomson Reuters. This deal would create a company valued between $400 and $500 million and is expected to be announced in the near future.

Neither RevZilla nor J.W. Childs, the owner of Cycle Gear, could be reached to confirm the source, who wished to remain anonymous until the deal was inked.
