Sturgis traffic count officially down
Attendance at the 71st Sturgis Motorcycle Rally was down by about 10 percent from 2010, according to a report by the Associated Press.
The South Dakota Transportation Department counted 415,000 vehicles in and around Sturgis from Aug. 8-14. There were 460,000 vehicles counted in 2010.
