Hyosung announces launch of 2011 electric scooter

Hyosung Motors America, Inc. has announced it will release a new scooter in 2011.

The ST-E3 EVA has a 48-volt battery, according to information from the company. It reaches a top speed of 60 km/hr, which averages to about 37 mph. The range is 120 km/hr at 35 km/hr, which is about 75 miles at 22 mph. The battery takes three hours to recharge.

Also new for 2011 from Hyosung are additional colors for the GT650R, GT250R and GV250.
