c-Systems Software Inc. acquired Softpower Business Solutions, a fellow provider of dealer management systems for the powersports industry, according to a press release from c-Systems.
“Sharing technology, uniting resources and eliminating duplication of effort will produce a company more focused, adept and agile,” c-Systems Co-founder, CTO and CFO Jim Phelan said in the release.
Effective April 1, c-Systems will re-brand Connecticut-based Softpower’s programs as Softpower by c-Systems and SoftBiz by c-Systems.
“By combining, we are able to create a stronger, more robust and efficient organization,” said Softpower President Bob Senger.
