Web site provider unveils new functionalities
INDIANAPOLIS – Web site and e-commerce provider PowerSports Network (PSN) debuted a new mobile interface for smartphones and a “Find A Model” SmartForm for online inquiries.
Free for PSN dealers, the mobile interface makes it easier for consumers to browse dealers’ Web sites via their smartphones.
“With smartphone usage increasing, it is imperative that a dealer’s site be optimized for viewing on these devices,” said Peg Kiedinger, general manager for PSN. “Dealers simply cannot afford to miss any lead opportunities in this marketplace.”
Also free to PSN dealers, the Find A Model SmartForm allows customers to contact a dealer regarding a model of interest that might not be listed on a dealer’s Web site. The form will feed into the dealer’s contact database and lead management program for follow up. Dealers also will be able to search and print out all “Find a Model” leads for use at an auction or other event.
