Follow-up systems not common

The most recent Powersports Business poll revealed that more than half, nearly 53 percent, of respondents don’t have a follow-up system in place for any of their departments.

About 35 percent said they have a follow-up system for all vehicle sales but no other department. No respondents said that had a system in place for just PG&A or service. Only 11.8 percent said they have one in place for all departments.
