Piaggio Group Americas partners with V-SEPT

Piaggio Group Americas partnered with V-SEPT, developer of sales lead tracking, customer follow-up and marketing software. The partnership will provide all Piaggio dealers with Web-based customer relationship management tools, according to the companies’ press release.

V-SEPT launched a new system in the beginning of October that allows sales people to track customers and follow-up through phone, e-mail, letters, postcards and electronic surveys. The system includes automatic customer contact and service reminders. Dealership managers also have access to real-time reports that track store sales and service activity, providing data for streamlining operations.

Piaggio President Paolo Timoni stated, “Our dealerships have enjoyed record sales year-to-date and the V-SEPT product will ensure that every new and prospective customer will get the level of personalized attention they deserve.”

James Vaughn, president and CEO of V-SEPT, added, “Our goal at V-SEPT is to provide our customers with the most innovative tools and technology to make dealerships more successful. This new strategic relationship will provide Piaggio Group dealerships a state-of-the-art method to quickly identify customers looking to buy, resulting in more vehicles sold.”
