Cycle Country’s Chief Financial Officer David Davis resigned to pursue other opportunities, the company reported in a press release.
Cycle Country is reviewing candidates and will have further announcements when it feels appropriate. As of now, the company plans to file its 10-K as usual between Dec. 29-31. The resignation isn’t expected to cause any interruptions.
