Yamaha: North American sales fall in the first quarter
Yamaha Motor Co. suffered sales declines in its North American motorcycle and quad sales, according to the company’s financial report.
Yamaha’s North American motorcycle sales fell to 43,000 for its first quarter, which ended March 31. That is a 36.7 percent decline from the previous-year period.
ATV and side-by-side sales fell nearly 6 percent in the first quarter vs. a year ago.
