John Deere enables dealers to upload used equipment inventories onto eBay

John Deere announced its dealers can now upload their used equipment inventories directly from John Deere’s inventory system to eBay, according to the company’s press release.

Dealers can list their used equipment in eBay using the same system they use to list their inventories on John Deere’s Machinefinder.com used equipment Web site, in Google Product Search and partner Web sites.

John Deere Division Manager Michael Gause says the company is excited about the technological advancement for its dealers.

“John Deere dealers will now be able to take advantage of the popularity of the eBay platform to give their customers the ability to find John Deere used equipment and purchase it through eBay’s bidding platform,” Gause said in the release. “This means potential John Deere customers can now more quickly find used John Deere equipment from authorized dealers at the best price.”
