Kawasaki recalls two motorcycle models

Kawasaki Motors Corp. USA recalled the KLR 650 and the Ninja ZX10R, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Commission.

Wires in the wiring harness on the KLR 650 might be damaged due to rubbing contact with a portion of the motorcycle frame. It could result in loss of electrical power to the engine.

The Ninja ZX10R was recalled because the timing inspection caps on the starter clutch cover could come loose due to improper tightening and fall out, allowing oil to leak onto the rear tire.
