Genuine Scooter Co. and Gart Sutton have teamed up to create 20 groups for scooter dealers nationwide. These are the first set of meetings dedicated to scooter dealerships, according to a Genuine Scooter press release.
Dealers will share ideas and best practices to cut costs and maximize sales and profits. Philip McCaleb, president of Genuine Scooter Company, says Sutton’s work in the past has benefited dealers across the country.
“Gart Sutton has successfully shaped the way Harley-Davidson and KTM dealers do business in the U.S.,” he said in the release. “These brands are driven by passionate dealers who are ‘in it to win it.’
“Gart’s philosophy and mine dovetail nicely; we both believe that strong dealers make for successful manufacturers and distributors. We are committed to building our dealer base with aggressive, experienced dealers who are committed to growth and prepared to handle a challenging economy.”
