Drag Specialties hires new Southeast region sales rep

Drag Specialties announced the addition of new outside sales representative Matthew Maldonado to its Southeast Region sales team roster, where he will cover the company’s North Carolina area.

Maldonado has several years of Harley-Davidson experience, including as a service adviser in California and fixed-operations manager at Harley-Davidson Louisville, where he was part of the service team that earned a 2025 Silver Premier Service Award from Harley-Davidson.

Maldonado also organized an entry-level drag racing series. His riding expertise includes racing in the Bagger Racing League — a premier race series for custom and performance V-twin motorcycles — where he rode his 2024 CVO Road Glide ST. Maldonado also occasionally engages in drag racing on his 2006 Dyna Street Bob.

In his free time, Maldonado enjoys working on motorcycles, attending track days, bike touring, and camping.
