Oracle Lighting expands powersports reach, appoints new account manager
Stories from various news outlets, including SEMA News, report that automotive LED lighting aftermarket brand Oracle Lighting is strengthening its powersports presence and adding Johnny Johnson as its new strategic account manager.
In his new role, Johnson will help grow Oracle’s core aftermarket LED business while leading its expansion into fleet, motorcycle, powersports and international markets.
Oracle says the hire is part of a broader sales expansion, driven by sustained growth in both its wholesale distribution network and its emerging business segments.
“We’re growing, and that growth means we need people who can strengthen the business we’ve built and open doors in markets that are new to us,” says Jaclyn Bradham, Oracle’s chief revenue officer.
Johnson will work with Oracle Lighting’s core aftermarket LED distributors and resellers. He will also build the company’s presence with fleet operators, upfitters, motorcycle and powersports dealers, and help expand its international distribution, the company says.
Johnson is a 15-year veteran in the automotive and powersports aftermarket industry. Most recently, he worked at Derive Systems, a global provider of automotive performance tuning technology. He also served as the national sales director at Dynojet Research, where he led the expansion of the company’s powersports dealer network.
