California dealership burglarized

Roseville Yamaha Kawasaki was burglarized early Sunday morning, as the thieves took off with nearly $15,000 in cash and merchandise.

The burglars avoided triggering the alarm by removing a rear glass door, owner Sean Copeland told Fox 40. Stolen were helmets, GoPros, cash and a safe, which among its contents included money collected for a local family in need. The dealership also reported on its Facebook page that hundreds of tickets to the Oakland Supercross race were stolen; those tickets have been canceled and will not be valid at the race, and the dealership is getting replacement tickets from Feld Motorsports.

The thieves escaped in a red BMW SUV, which was caught on a surveillance camera.
