Desjardins takes marketing role at tucker Rocky

VP spent 21 years at Cycle Gear

After 21 years at Cycle Gear, Hank Desjardins began his new role as vice president of marketing at Tucker Rocky Distributing in July.

Desjardins brings an extensive marketing and merchandising background to the position. At Cycle Gear, which has 97 retail stores in 26 states, Desjardins had roles that included head of merchandising, chief marketing officer and VP of own brand development. He also oversaw the company’s e-commerce division.

“Coming to Tucker was exciting because we’re building a strong own-brand presence, and the fact that we’re going to aggressively pursue the Harley American V-twin market,” Desjardins said in August during the Tucker Rocky Dealer Show, four weeks after he joined the company, “and the opportunity to build brands and work on the distributor side. I’ve spent all my life on the retail side.”
