Schwinn revs up new scooter line

Dorel Industries Inc., owner of the famous Schwinn brand, has launched a line Schwinn-0branded four-stroke gas-powered motor scooters Schwinn introduced the first models of its new line of motor scooters at the Dealer Expo in Indianapolis last week. Three 50cc models were showcased: the Campus, the Collegiate the Graduate. Each model is available in two colors.

Schwinn said it plans to launch additional models through 2005 in the 80cc or 125cc engine category.
